I work with clients of all ages, including children, adolescence, and adults. My approach to counseling is eclectic in nature, using multiple trauma-informed methods to meet each client’s unique needs. These methods include but are not limited to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
