I offer therapeutic services for clients of all ages. The ideal client is someone who is open to the process and has the desire to live a happy and healthy life. Life is stressful with various challenges that can impact happiness. My goal is to help my clients identify their individual challenges, develop tools to minimize the challenges, and to eventually apply these tools in their daily lives. I have 10+ years of experience working with clients who struggle with anxiety, OCD, depression, ASD, family challenges, social challenges, life transitions and school issues.
I utilize an integrative approach and adapt methodology based on the needs of the client. My style is interactive and client-centered with a strong focus on the therapeutic relationship. I offer a non-judgmental, supportive and compassionate environment to all clients.
