Hello! I am a licensed psychologist and have been practicing in the field for over 20 years. I work with adults and adolescents providing individual or couple's therapy. I address a wide variety of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, problematic behaviors, communication problems, and relationship issues.
Our thoughts, behaviors, emotions, and interactions can become ingrained and problematic in an attempt to protect us from being hurt. I use a therapy approach called Internal Family Systems (IFS). I will work with you to identify the protective parts of yourself and heal the underlying hurts which lead to the extreme thoughts, behaviors, and emotions.
I will assist you in understanding your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions in a compassionate and nonjudgmental way in order to promote personal and relationship change.
