I am passionate about working with individuals who are struggling with mental health issues. I enjoy assisting clients gaining insight using eclectic therapy modalities aimed at inner healing and growth. Clients benefit from a non-judgmental approach. I have created a safe and supportive environment to promote exploration of thoughts, feelings and behaviors by forming a strong therapeutic alliance. I enjoy working with clients who are inspired to become an improved version of themselves. I assist people in finding the strength inside themselves to jump over life's hurdles, using life challenges as a tool to build themselves up.
