We become willing to examine our trauma and core wounds and heal from what is in the way of us emerging into our fullest selves. This is where transformation begins.

We’ll renew a sense of purpose in your life by creating a path back to yourself, away from self-defeating patterns, and into the wholeness and potential that you already are. Together, change is possible.
My goal is for clients to feel accepted, validated, and heard in such a way that they are comfortable with the vulnerability it often takes to journey through counseling. Clients can expect empathy, compassion, and open-mindedness as we work together throughout treatment. While counseling can be a lot of work, and it does take time, the results are worth it!
