I enjoy working with individuals undergoing life transitions, changes, or losses, including those navigating the grief cycle and facing chronic or terminal illness. I find that these times naturally evoke deep feelings and can serve as a springboard for healing, growth, and transformation. I also support artists and creatives in overcoming blocks, fears, and insecurities, allowing their inherent creative energy to flourish. I believe a person can gain a better understanding of themselves within an environment that actively supports exploration and self-discovery.

I also believe that life's challenges, contradictions, and paradoxical aspects provide valuable perspectives essential for grasping who we are and what it means to be human. I am particularly interested in how curiosity and open dialogue can help us peel back the layers of our inner narrative, revealing the rich, often hidden aspects of ourselves.

Through insight and self-awareness, we can connect with the core of who we are beyond the expectations and influences of others, and thereby bring our lives into greater harmony and wholeness.
