My theoretical approach is psychodynamic and existential, focused on providing you a safe place to explore your pathway to wholeness.
I am an agnostic pastoral counselor. My training in pastoral counseling guides my practice by integrating spirituality and psychology in the interest of promoting your mental health. Your individual beliefs and values are respected in my practice, allowing space for you to explore your spiritual/religious experience and how it relates to your mental health.
