As of 10/9/2023, I am not accepting new clients. I will update this profile when new client openings are available. I believe that my role as a clinician is to facilitate a safe and empowering therapeutic environment, which allows clients to explore thought and behavior patterns that may no longer be serving them. Through education and individualized interventions, I work together with my clients to support them in developing the skills needed to reach their self-identified goals for healing and peace. Although we cannot experience peace in every moment, everyone deserves to experience moments of peace.
I am a client-centered, strengths-based and systems-oriented clinician, working from a trauma informed perspective. I believe that each individual is an expert on their own life. I am a strong believer in the healing power of laughter and utilize humor in my sessions whenever possible. At this time, I am not accepting EAP benefits.
I believe that therapy can be a beneficial resource to help individuals gain a better understanding of themselves and their environment, which can create more opportunities to experience contentment and peace. It takes courage and vulnerability to reach out for help. I hope to make the process easier, and worth the effort it takes to move toward healing.
