Evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Similar to our daytime IOP group, our evening IOP group meets 3 times per week, 3 hours per session. We offer an evening group option to allow those who may work or go to school during the day the opportunity to attend at night with the same benefits that come with our daytime group. Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our adolescent group is for kids ages 12-17 years old. We keep our group size below 10 to allow for more individualized care including the incorporation of medication management appointments if needed, treatment planning, and family therapy sessions. Parents can expect their child to receive hands on learning through role play, art therapy, music therapy and other various therapeutic methods. Group topics range from distress tolerance, managing anxiety, communication skills, coping skills, interpersonal relationships, time management, building self motivation and self esteem and more.
