I provide mental health services for adolescents and adults ages 14-40 to help promote healthy living. Many youth and adults struggle with stressors from social life, social media, bullying, self esteem, relationships, sexual orientation/identity, family conflict, life transitions etc. All of these stressors can cause depression, anxiety, anger, withdrawal, substance use, OCD-like behaviors, as well as suicidality. Allow yourself or your child to have a safe space to explore ways to manage these stressors and live a healthy, successful life.
I provide a safe, empathetic and non-judgmental space to allow for healing and personal growth. I am licensed to provide services in New York and Maryland. I am currently accepting insurance in NY and MD. All services are virtual at this time.
I became a therapist because I often saw people that I knew experience stressors in life without healthy outlets or healthy supports.
