I excel in working with clients who have a history of Trauma specifically first responders, victims of trauma, and those with histories of incarceration. Every population needs help and many times those cries for help are note heard. Clients with the goals of taking charge of their life again and finding enjoyment in it are the clients whom I love to see improve the most.
I focus on the modality of CBT primarily; however I understand that may not be the best modality for every client. I offer an empathetic ear and sanctuary for introspection, and like a fellow traveler I will accompany you on your journey, so you don't have to traverse it alone.
