I work with individuals concerned with depression, life transitions, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, disordered/binge eating, and relationship issues. My counseling style is warm, accepting, challenging and empowering. I have worked in a variety of settings, including a residential and IOP facility for eating disorders, school-based and outpatient clinics.
