I work with individuals, children, couples, and families on challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and conflict. I offer a humanistic, cognitive approach that draws on my expertise in family therapy. I provide parenting support to balance the family's needs with a child's developmental or behavioral goals.
