You are invited to come in just as you are. You do not have to know what your mental health path looks like or how your sessions will go. You do not even have to prepare. All you need to do is show up and allow me to help in holding space so you can explore your own thoughts, needs and feelings in a safe space. It is my honor to be part of your healthcare team and support you on your journey.
I like to pull from different theoretical perspectives as we go along our alliance, but always from a trauma-informed, person-centered approach. I incorporate different mindfulness techniques, yoga and energetics into our sessions, all encased within an integrative health perspective.
Sometimes we need someone to hold safe space for us to explore what is going on within our own inner constellations. We hold all the wisdom within ourselves at all times, but we sometimes feel we cannot access it. Healing is your right. It is my great joy to help you connect to that inner wisdom.
