Conscious Pathways is a collective of Licensed Therapists, specializing in trauma resolution therapy and couples therapy. We help you bring consciousness to you story and make sense of what you have been through. The impact of trauma can be severe and life altering. But we can help you heal, soften, and move through the scary stuff towards peace.

Each trauma therapist will create a safe place to explore the symptoms you are sick of! We can build skills to cope better, learn breathwork to calm the body, and help set boundaries that protect yourself from further harm. Your mind, heart, and body will be held safely here.
