Connor Novack is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received his Master’s in Social Work in 2018. For the past six years, he worked with adults and youth in the Milwaukee area working towards a variety of goals related to overall well-being. Connor is particularly experienced in working with young adults who are making that transition from adolescence and high school into the adult world, but enjoys providing support around all major life changes, whether it is a new job, loss of a loved one, or relationship difficulties.
Connor loves the therapeutic process, as it provides a safe space for anyone and everyone to explore all the ways someone can feel empowered in a challenging and unpredictable world. From the traumas of our past, to the challenges ahead, Connor sees why anyone can begin to question themselves, feel down, or become stressed.
It is with that understanding, that he uses an integrative and humanistic approach that utilizes many different interventions to discover and reveal the light that you carry inside.
