Hello, my name is Connolly Harrigan, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I specialize in working with adolescents, teens, and adults. I have a background in working with individuals who struggle with behavioral challenges and social/emotional barriers. I am also able to provide services for those who struggle with anxiety and depression symptoms. I also have a strong background working with individuals who struggle with substance abuse and addiction.
My specific approach in providing my services is to provide each individual resources and tools to help guide them through any challenges/barriers that they may be facing. It is my belief that those who are struggling to cope with their stressors, have a better outcome with support and resources.
It is my goal to provide this support, by using my education, experience and resources to help others develop healthy and effective skills to live a full and successful life. I believe that each individual person is unique in themselves and in their experiences, and I tailor my sessions to meet the needs of each individual.
