We all want to live our best lives but sometimes we just don't know where to begin. At Hope and Healing Counseling Center, we offer in-person as well as remote counseling for clients in the state of Virginia. We understand the importance of being accepted, understood, and valued. No matter what you may be struggling with, please know you are not alone. In my work with you, I will meet you where you are and together, we will work to overcome current challenges and underlying issues. I work with individuals and couples, dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. I appreciate the uniqueness of individuals and tailor my approach to your needs. My counseling approach is strength-based. I often integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), reality therapy (RT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).

I understand how difficult it is to talk to others about personal issues. I consider it an honor to be in that safe space where you can truly be yourself without fear of judgment.
