Hello Beautiful Soul. My name is Connie-Anne Holman, and I am an LMHC and NCC with over 18 years of therapy experience working with children, adults, families, and couples. At the heart, I believe most people want to be seen, heard, validated, valued, and loved coupled with a sense of belonging and purpose. The conditionings and beliefs a person create in trying to achieve this can cause a variety of distressing and uncomfortable thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
I work with clients to help them gain a better understanding of who they are, why they do what they do, and teach them tools to get those needs met in healthier ways. Providing heart-centered, client-focused, and trauma-sensitive therapy in a compassionate and non-judgmental safe space.
I work cooperatively with the client to create the life they desire to live while helping them process and let go of conditionings and limiting beliefs that don't serve who they mentally, emotionally, and spiritually want to become.
