Throughout my years in education as a teacher, and then a counselor I discovered a passion for helping not only children but families and individuals through the struggles and ups and downs of life. Whether it be the difficulty of managing behaviors and emotions, or the everyday stressors of life that we all experience, I want to help you learn new ways to cope and realize you're not alone in how you're feeling. I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, trauma, depression, grief and life transitions. I use a variety of techniques including CBT, TFCBT, DBT, and am person centered in my therapy sessions. My goal is to work with you to assist you to become a better version of you and help you discover your best self.
