My name is Jamelah Stone LCSW, I have provided counseling services for over 20 years to adults with various conditions. I believe in providing compassionate and custom clinical services to meet the needs and goals of our clients in a non-judgmental and safe space. I created Thrive and Renew Counseling LLC to reflect this philosophy. We offer Individual therapy for adult clients with various conditions such as, depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, trauma, addictions, relationship struggles, sexual health, and caregivers of loved ones with dementia/Alzheimer.

At Prism, I work solely with LGBTQ+ youth and adults and their loved ones. I work with people at various places in their lives, including: transgender or non-binary teens who are struggling with dysphoria and potentially other co-occurring mental illness; parents/guardians of LGBTQ+ youth who may need support or education to understand their child's identity and process through their feelings; young adults exploring their LGBTQ+ identity and deciding whether to come out to family, coworkers or friends; LGBTQ+ youth who are struggling with self injury or suicidal thoughts; and more!

I specialize in LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy, and help clients experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship related issues, and life transitions by utilizing CBT and reality therapy techniques.

My passion lies in helping people overcome trauma, life transitions, anxiety disorders, depression, and gender dysphoria and LGBTQ+ issues. I am a Certified Internal Family Systems therapist (IFS) and work with individuals and couples, both gay and heterosexual, men who experienced childhood trauma, with gay men and lesbians, and with people who grew up with an alcoholic or emotionally absent parent (ACOA). Kalan Ross specializes in gender and sexual diversity as well as intimacy and consensual nonmonogamy. Kalan has post-graduate training and clinical experience providing LGBTQ+-affirmative therapy to individuals, intimate partners, and family members. Kalan uses a collaborative approach and is authentic, direct, humorous, and at ease addressing traditionally uncomfortable topics.

I am an experienced business professional that entered the field of marriage and family therapy to help others. I have been inspired to change careers to this path as my own life experience taught me about the importance of caring for my mental health to live my best life. Hello, My name is Karenna Lang and I am a licensed master's level clinical therapist. I earned my graduate degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
