Connected Therapy offers in person and telehealth mental health counseling for individuals, couples, and families in the Reno-Sparks area. At Connected Therapy, we believe that there is power in connection. We know the foundation to a successful experience in therapy is the connection a person has with their therapist and that is our greatest hope for you.
We are formally trained in many therapeutic modalities, including, but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
