My focus at Connected Counseling, LLC is to provide adults with the tools to tell their own story without reliving the trauma they’ve experienced. It is my privilege to be a companion along side the healing that occurs from deep attachment wounds and family of origin trauma. In our sessions, we’ll use a person centered approach to collaborate on treatment.
In our work together, you’ll be the expert. We’ll work to build a collaborative relationship through person centered, psychodynamic, and humanistic approaches.
