I am here to join you along your journey of discovering the many possibilities of living your most desirable life. I believe by listening, empathy, and compassion I provide a safe space for healing, trust, and growth. I approach each client’s concerns with Client Centered Therapy as well as an eclectic orientation implementing techniques such as Family Systems Theory, CBT, DBT, Adlerian, Existential, Motivational Interviewing, and Creative Arts Therapy. Through the client-clinician relationship, building upon the client’s strengths, and finding the key to each unique individual an increase in self-compassion and healing can happen.
I work with individuals of all ages, couples, and families. I work with a variety of clients including Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, Phobias, OCD, ADHD, Eating Disorders, Loss and Grief, and Addictions. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University and have two music degrees.
In the spirit and with the integrity of the words of Alfred Adler, “seeing with the eyes of another, listening with the ears of another, and feeling with the heart of another,” let’s begin your venture together.
