Are you feeling stressed, anxious, constantly irritated, angry, tired and overwhelmed? Are you feeling like you are stuck? I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who attained my master's at The University of Phoenix in San Diego, CA. I've worked with children, adolescents, individuals, and couples in a community based and private practice setting. I currently work with adults who are seeking additional tools to improve their life while dealing with difficulties with life challenges.
My approach is to get to know you and build a collaborative therapeutic relationship to help you deal with your challenges. My approach is warm and welcoming to allow you to have an individualized experience. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, relational issues, anger management, domestic violence, and stress management.
During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.

Stress Management
At C. FOSTER, MFT, INC, we will teach you stress management skills to help you cope and manage routine life stressors. You will learn to: Recognize your stress Identify your body signals and Self-management (ways to reduce your stress using relaxation techniques). We will address other areas such as Sleep hygiene, Healthy eating, Exercises, Interest/Hobbies and Support system. The degree of stress and the desire to make the changes will determine how much change takes place.
