Hi, I’m Tuesday Lucas, LPC, the owner of Compass Rose Counseling Services. We’re here to help you navigate life’s challenges with a focus on healing and growth. Our practice specializes in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Parts Work, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to guide you through your journey. Whether you're facing anxiety, childhood trauma, imposter syndrome, OCD, ADHD, low self-esteem, chronic pain, or relationship struggles, you've found a safe and supportive space here!
I am skilled and trained in working with veterans, first responders, teachers, parents, and healthcare workers. As a veteran and mother from a family of military personnel, nurses, firefighters, law enforcement, and social workers, I sincerely appreciate those who work tirelessly for others. But finding that balance and avoiding burnout is critical!
