A group for high performance or professional men who are interested in learning skills to overcome stress, burnout, or anxiety. You are smart, tough, and driven. These characteristics translate well to the work place, but can become impairments in relational functioning. You got into your chosen career to create a healthy society, but often do a poor job maintaining a healthy SELF. Start the week of right on Monday mornings before work.
