I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience in the treatment of various mental health related conditions. I specialize in the treatment of Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Trauma/PTSD, OCD, Stress Related Disorders, Depression, and Bereavement. I attend to both adult and adolescent individuals, as well as couples. Previous to my position within the private practice setting, I had worked as an integrated counselor in the treatment of both substance use and mental health at a local Community Mental Health Organization. I also have experience as a former College Counselor, High School Counselor, and Telehealth Therapist.
The first step towards healing is always the most difficult, and I would certainly be honored to take such a step alongside you. Whether you arrive to therapy as a novice or as an expert, the therapeutic environment can be intimidating and seemingly formidable. My hope is to create a safe and trusting environment that inspires healing and growth.
