One of the most courageous things we can do is begin to take steps in understanding our own story. As a therapist, I want to help in guiding families and individuals in finding their ability to overcome life's trials. I stem from a client centered approach emphasizing the importance of a caring and trusting relationship between the therapist and the clients' to help create a healing environment.
I specialize and have a passion for working with kids, teens, and adults in all demographics. I have trainings in play therapy and integrate creative interventions in talk therapy to help individuals and their families achieve their goals. Additionally, I work with parents by teaching and providing parenting skills to help facilitate their children's needs.
My goal is to help create a safe space for my clients to help facilitate change within their lives. I support kids and teens to feel heard, and help take positive steps in behavioral, emotional, and family issues. I work with adults to help navigate life and create belief in one's self to help the client be the best versions of themselves.
