In treatment, I help cultivate an environment of trust and compassion to face and overcome life's challenges through an integration of CBT, ACT, ERP, relational, and dynamic therapies.

I provide holistic treatment for anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, life transitions, family of origin concerns, and more. We can work to understand your experiences and use your strengths to challenge unhelpful behaviors. I work with skin-picking/hair-pulling, and specialize in treatment of OCD. With therapy, you can overcome more than you thought possible.
