I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with my Masters's of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Denver. I specialize in providing mental health support to people with depression/anxiety and trauma. I have a passion for enabling people to live their best lives by providing Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused models of therapy. I believe that the client is the best expert of themself and strive to empower them to make positive changes as we co-investigate the problem. I am an active/nonjudgmental listener and work as a team to find a solution.

Mandi Merica is a licensed professional counselor and licensed addiction counselor who has been practicing since 2015. She graduated from Walden University with a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Mandi believes in helping her clients find balance in their lives by finding those strengths and hidden parts. Mandi often combines approaches to find a style that works for each client, blending mindfulness and person centered qualities with more skill focused interventions including CBT and DBT.

We are proactive in the maintenance of our bodies, yet, we neglect the "main computer" the mind, the psyche, the CORE of us. We, at CORE, believe in working hard - Mental Health Boot Camp - if you get the drift. Compassion is abundant at CORE but not in the form of soft talk. You are doing hard work and we take it serious. I am Asha English, and I am currently completing my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University. I completed my BA in Psychology at Hampton University in 2021. Since that time, I have pursued working as a behavioral technician at a program for children with Autism. I am passionate about assisting those in my community and sharing mental health tips and practices.
