I use a trauma-informed and holistic approach to healing. Using compassionate curiosity, we’ll gain insight into your goals and the actions steps needed to get you to where you want to go! At Ascend, we work with clients in-person at our office, virtually via phone or video, and outside in the beautiful TN woods via ecotherapy sessions. I have specialized training in treating trauma and also enjoy working with clients who are in a phase of self discovery, experiencing relationship conflict, or struggling to adjust to difficult life changes.
I offer secular care. Of course, when spirituality is topical to treatment, I love to explore this aspect of life with my clients, just like any other life experience!
