I am a Mental Health Counseling Associate at Navigant Counseling based in Westerly, Rhode Island. I specialize in working with the life transitions in middle age and older adulthood, including retirement, empty nesting, caregiving for loved ones, grief, loneliness, and aging-related concerns. My approach focuses on developing healthy life habits, strengthening relationships, and working towards a more positive perspective on aging.
I strongly value the importance of trust between a client and therapist. I’m interested in learning about experiences from your perspective and tailoring our work together for what’s best for you. Together, we will set goals and navigate this season of your life.
