I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. My practice focuses on trauma, addiction & recovery, mood disorders, life transitions, and relationships. I work with adult women and men. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I have been practicing Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for over 4 years with an emphasis on treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, and trauma. I trained as a KAP therapist at the Ketamine Training Center in San Rafael, California with Phil Wolfson. I also studied under the direction of Jeffrey Becker, MD. I am trained by MAPS in MDMA Assisted Psychotherapy and by Fluence in Psychedelic Therapy.
I integrate Mindfulness, parts Work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivation Interviewing, as well as many other modalities always with a foundation of Client Centered Therapy. I work in collaboration with my clients to meet them where they are. I design a multifaceted approach with my client that addresses what best suits their growth and well-being.
