I offer a safe place for all individuals to express themselves and feel seen and heard. I utilize interventions from evidence-based practices, such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing. I often combine techniques from each, focusing on my client's strengths in order to meet their own unique needs and empower them to reach their goals.
I am a part of the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities, and welcome you no matter what walk of life you are from!
