For over 10 years I have been a counselor in the mental health field treating a variety of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression and obsessive compulsive disorder in a wide age range from young children to adulthood.
In my practice, I base my treatment on solution focused therapy as well as cognitive-behavioral therapy to help my clients achieve long-term success in confronting their challenges. However, no two clients are the same, therefore I create a plan based on the needs of each client.
My practice is unique because I am straight forward with my clients so they understand the steps that they may need to take to be successful while empathizing with their situation. This path has been a challenging one, but also rewarding because I truly enjoy helping others.
