My approach is grounded in NARM (Neuro-Affective Relational Model), which supports bringing compassionate inquiry to developmental trauma recovery. I also offer Somatic Psychotherapy and Mindfulness theory and approaches to assist in building a holistic-based awareness to support emotional regulation and self-understanding.
