Hello ! Are you a survivor of a crime? Are you a Mom who’s feeling overwhelmed or alone? Or Are you having a difficult time adapting to major life changes like a move, new job, or loss of relationship? I am here to listen and support you through the process at your speed. I believe everyone has the right for their voice to be heard and to not have to suffer alone in silence with their thoughts or feelings. I enjoy holding a nonjudgmental space for those seeking help to address whatever needs they have at that moment and want assistance with.
I have extensive experience supporting victims of crimes including survivors of sexual assault & domestic violence, unhoused individuals and college students with disabilities. I also have experience working with those who are re-entering to society/previously incarcerated. This gives me a strong foundation to truly understand the complexities life gives us.
Life can be so stressful sometimes and just talking about it with someone is all you need for some relief. I use cognitive behavioral and existential humanistic therapies to help clients build their sense of purpose, lower stress and improve their lives to become the person they want to be.
