I have extensive experience with both anxiety and depression for children and adults. My practice focus is on today's lifestyle that can be overwhelming with stress that inhibits our peace and happiness. Your not alone and through supportive intervention, we can identify strengths and coping skills to manage uncomfortable symptoms such as depression and anxiety. Stress including change, transitions, loss can lead us to feel distressed and struggle with how to cope.
