Over the last 14 years, I have worked with people of all ages and diverse backgrounds, making my clinical approach one that is individually tailored, culturally affirming, and compassionate. I am passionate about helping my clients engage in identity exploration, exploring sense of self, sense of purpose, navigating life transitions, and improving relationships. I have extensive experience in trauma informed care, My primary treatment modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. 12 step principles, and alternative recovery methods are included in treatment as needed.
