Viewing my role in clients’ lives as a privilege, I approach my work with warmth, candor, and a genuine belief in one's potential for growth. I provide therapy for individuals across the lifespan. Difficulties in adulthood often stem from longstanding patterns of relating to ourselves and others that are no longer serving us. Through greater awareness of these patterns and our internal emotional world, we are better able to cope and connect.
For children, external circumstances can be confusing and internal emotions can be overwhelming. I provide a playful space for processing and learning coping skills. I also partner with parents to help them increase their capacity to connect with their children and hold loving boundaries to support regulation.
I am available for in-person sessions in Denver and telehealth in all psypact states. Additionally, I offer psychological assessment across the lifespan. I provide evaluation, recommendations, and diagnostic clarification for autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disorders, cognitive impairments, behavioral needs, giftedness, and social/emotional issues.
