I specialize in helping people who have experienced traumas both big and small, struggle with depression or anxiety, anger, or maybe you need help managing your ADHD symptoms.

I want to support you in exploring yourself which I assure you is not as uncomfortable as it might sound. We will start where you are and go at the pace that is comfortable for you. In my years as a therapist I have witnessed clients find understanding and clarity, then make changes they often did not believe could happen.
