I am a licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I have been helping individuals, couples, and families overcome various challenges and achieve their personal and professional goals for over 20 years. I am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and develop the skills and strategies necessary to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. My approach to therapy is collaborative, holistic, and evidence-based. I believe that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach, and therefore, I
tailor my treatment plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each client. I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, (MI), Mindful base Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, among others. I also emphasize the mind-body connection and help clients develop
