I am primarily a cognitive behavior therapist (CBT), although I blend in elements of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), strength-based and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT). I use compassion and humor to create a safe space where clients can focus on personal growth, self-integration, and positive change.
