I am a therapist who specializes in treating individuals with Eating Disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma (EMDR trained). I primarily work with adolescents and young adults who are experiencing disordered eating along with their families to help them navigate a disorder that impacts every part of life.
I find what works best for each individual, and meet them where they are. I believe that a strengths-focused practice is critical to client well-being. When I work with adolescents and families, I believe in working collaboratively and reaching a goal of mutual understanding and respect.
It is my goal to create a nonjudgemental space for clients, that allows them to talk freely and openly. Health and safety is my top priority when working with individuals who have eating disorders. I aim to support the client and family through the various stages of recovery.
