I work with people who want to regain peace and happiness in their lives. We all experience difficult times in life and it is not uncommon to feel stuck. If you feel stuck, depressed, anxious, or stressed we will work together to move towards feeling free, happy, calm, and peaceful again. No matter your past history or what you are dealing with on a daily basis, we will collaborate to set and meet goals that help you get back where you want your life to be. Primarily, I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and to heal from past hurt.
I provide both in-person and virtual sessions. I am accepting adult clients and couples who want to work toward feeling better, more peaceful, and happier. I believe that each person is the expert of their own lives. I will get to know your situation, what you want to work towards, and provide you with resources and techniques to help you meet your goals.
