As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience working in a variety of settings with children, adolescence, families and couples, Colin has a range of experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, conduct and defiance, child abuse and neglect, attachment, and ADHD.
In the therapeutic setting, Colin utilizes evidence-based approaches from what is known as a systemic and Gestalt perspective, focusing on the present issues in the here and now. In therapy, Colin focuses on client’s building awareness of what they are doing. By focusing on the present, clients are encouraged to evolve their capacity for growth.
