I use an integrative, mindfulness-based approach to address a wide range of clients and issues. My goal is for every person who walks through my door to leave feeling more whole, hopeful, and healthy than when he or she arrived.
I've developed my skills and philosophy through years of experience helping people manage difficult periods in life, relationship trouble, grief, anxiety and depression.The field of interpersonal neurobiology informs my understanding of a person's emotional health, and provides scientifically grounded data to guide therapy.
