When what needs to be expressed and acknowledged within us is truly heard, this creates a shift. We begin to trust ourselves, reclaim our inherent vitality, and live in greater alignment with our values.
Through mindfulness-based approaches, I help people cultivate the inner awareness needed to develop a more trusting relationship with themselves as we work to safely release past traumas and current feelings of stuckness.
