My ideal client would be a person who is ready to grow and work on themself. I work with client's to set achievable goals and help understand what barrier are preventing them from reaching them. The first goal is seeking help and recognizing that your needs do matter and I am here to help. Most client's I find want to be understand and recognize that they are not "crazy", in fact I feel whatever your going through is pretty normal you just haven't realized it yet.
My specialty is trauma, anxiety/OCD, depression, ADHD, and couple/family system issues. I work with individuals, family's and couples. If you are struggling with any of these topics please feel free to reach out and see if we are a good working team.
